On the road towards Amarillo

We are driving west again this morning. We will pass through Amarillo Texas midday, then to Santa Rosa state park in New Mexico for 2 nights.
We've seen some wind turbines, but so far not as many as we have seen further north on other trips, along the I-70 route through Kansas.
We spent the night in a Walmart parking lot again last night. I really like doing that.
I usually call ahead to make sure that location allows overnight; almost all of them do.  It'a a lovely little temporary community. The first arrival picks a good outlying section of the parking lot, out of the way and near grass for walking dogs.  Then subsequent arrivals park nearby, and by dark there will be 5 or 6 rv's and maybe a few big trucks. Most people will walk over to Walmart in the evening,  and buy what they need.
Things are bustling in the morning. Dogs being walked, tires and hitches and such being checked. Even a little girl one morning, walking around eating her breakfast. By 8am the community starts breaking up, and everyone continues on their way.
I think the blog  comment function might be linked to what browser you are using. My iOS is not doing it, and regarding ie and chrome- I forget which works and which doesn't.
